Jane discussed the current state of Exit Planning and how Business Brokers and Advisors can attract & engage Business Owners. Exit Planning in advance of marketing a business for sale, can greatly improve the chance of a successful outcome and shorten the sales cycle. Jane also reviewed some of the most important lessons she has learned from more than 100 engagements she has conducted over the last decade with Business Owners and their Advisors.
