No-Action Letter by the SEC

Rose Stabler, president of Certified Business Brokers in Houston, recently supplied the following linked article to the International Business Brokers Association for their recent email newsletter. It is important material and we strongly recommend that our readers check it out, if they haven’t already read it.

The concern with the No-Action letter by the SEC is that they could change it, add to it or even replace it.  In contrast, the bill before the U.S Senate could become law, having already been approved by the House.

It is strongly suggested that all business brokers let their senators know they want the bill passed.
