Agenda: Our February 13th meeting will focus on the mechanics and strategy of finding agreement with Net Working Capital adjustments. Jim Mersman will demonstrate common techniques and provide his insights. Jim will present the changes to the 2018 tax law later this year after the regulations become clearer. Meeting and Lunch provide at 12:00 PM.
