Benetrends will make a presentation on its programs which will allow business buyers to fund a business purchase:
- Using 401K funds as the down payment, without penalty or tax implications usually associated with early 401 K withdrawls
- Obtain an SBA 7A loan to fund the purchase. May be possible to pay as little as 10% down to purchase a business
There will be an open discussion of issues currently impacting business brokerage.
Additionally we are evaluating providing business broker courses at MABBA meetings.
