West Chapter Monthly Meeting

MBBA’s speaker this month is fellow West Chapter Member James Mersman CPA from the Dolinka CPA firm. Most of us have experienced a deal that was not going to get done without some way of closing the valuation gap between the parties. Earn-outs are a common way to “bridge” this difference and allow the parties to achieve their goals. Jim will be presenting illustrations of various earn-out structures and will point out structures that have a better chance of working for the parties. As part of this program, Jim will be facilitating a group discussion with all in attendance to share their experiences – both good and bad. Meeting and Lunch provided at 12:00 PM.

The Central Chapter meets regularly on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month from 9:00am to 10:30am.
