Innovative Business Advisors (IBA) provided a quick legislative update. Then IBA walked through in detail how to apply for the SBA – Economic Injury Disaster Loan. They covered the forms in detail and provided copies of the forms. Then they provided coaching on how to fill out each form to give the applicant the highest probability of acceptance. Finally, they have PRO-TIPS from the SBA to keep you from making rookie mistakes.
Len Krick presented on How Business Brokers Can Survive During the Coronavirus Era. This presents an overview of ideas and factors which a business broker should consider during the severe economic paradigm shift caused by the Coronavirus pandemic in the US and Canada. It is based primarily upon successful methods and programs which enabled business brokers to survive during the 2008/2009 economic recession. Included in the presentation are: (a) how to prospect for “good” businesses and (b) how to sell distressed businesses. Mr. Krick will present an in-depth discussion of these subjects in a 60-minute webinar on March 31, 2020.
