In this week’s webinar, Glen talked further about the Ins & Outs of Seller Financing. Glen Cooper is a firm believer that a Seller should finance the sale of their business when they can afford to. Many sellers are in that position and therefore should strongly consider the benefits. There are some key red flags in this type of transaction, of course – and Glen covered all of that in his presentation.
In these unprecedented times in our country’s history and economy, creative deal making will be necessary more than ever to get deals done. Seller financing will prove to be an effective part of that strategy.
