Eric focuses on representing small to medium size business owners and franchisees in areas such as corporate formation, maintenance and transactional matters, and establishing, maintaining, and expanding their respective enterprises.
Presentation: Eric is going to be doing a presentation on everything you need to know about contracts and the closing process including: Non Disclosure Agreements, Letter of Intents, Asset Purchase Agreements, Escrow Agreements, and Earn-outs.
