Course 311: Advanced Income Statement Recasting

This advanced course is designed for experienced business brokers who want to hone their skill to generate an accurate and defensible broker opinion of value for complex businesses. You’ll significantly improve your income statement recasting skills by exploring actual company examples in an engaging case study experience with your peers, addressing topics such as multiple working and non-working owners; COGS adjustments; intricate depreciation considerations and more. You’ll work hands-on in teams, reporting and defending your conclusions in simulated real-life scenarios for maximum retention and benefit.
The prerequisite for this course is the completion of course #210 or experience in recasting basic financial statements.
