In addition, Brian will talk about new funding and incentives from various government agencies that can support business growth. Please join us on June 30th from 11:30 ~1:00 at Melt 6700 Rockside Rd, Independence, OH.

NYABB Virtual Meeting: What To Do When You Get Sued

June 30, 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Online

Many business owners fear litigation. When litigation occurs they panic and take actions that potentially hurt them more than anything they may have done that triggered the lawsuit to begin with, potentially even invalidating insurance coverage which may have been available. If you know what to do when the papers arrive you will find it far less intimidating and stressful. In this short talk by experienced business litigator Bradley Bailyn, you will learn what steps to take during each stage of a lawsuit from the initial threat of litigation to effectively preparing to defend yourself in court.
