Lender Roundtable
Last month we had a great presentation by Attorney James Rosenblatt on the EIDL and PPP funding affecting the sales of businesses (especially round 2).
This month we will have a Lender Roundtable to discuss how they are dealing with revenues during Covid and how they as lenders would look at how to present the good the bad the ugly of SDE/EBITDA. Finally we will discuss how much seller carry back should be factored into our deals.
Meeting will be from 11:30 to 1 pm on June 23rd at the Petroleum Club, which has one of the best lunches in San Antonio. Cost is $30 for members and $35 for non-members.
