We will be having our monthly meeting in a couple of weeks on Wed July 28th from 11:30 to 1 pm. This month we will have a roundtable discussion regarding best practices for the Buyer “Qualification” or Filtering Process. I think it will be interesting to understand how other brokers and lenders approach this subject.
The meeting will be at the Petroleum Club in San Antonio (7th floor – 8620 N New Braunfels Ave, Ste 700). Cost is $30 for members and $35 for non-members for one of the best lunches in town.
