Clients(sellers) and customers(buyers) often try to bully a business broker by way of intimidation. This can easily put the broker at a disadvantage, often resulting with a lost client/customer or a haircut on the fee/commission, or a reduced purchase price. Buyers are most often the culprit using various ways to intimidate both the broker and the client, always looking for a better deal, or concessions and/or a lower price.
