Mastermind and Broker Deal XChange Meeting

May 24, 3:30 PM
Northwest Commercial Title Grandview Office, 1160 Dublin Rd, STE 500, Columbus, OH 43215

oin your fellow OBBA and NOBBA Members!

It’s that time of the month again and I know we have so many activities as of late but wanted to make sure you don’t miss out on important content and learning experience.

Thank you to member Frank Fullin and Northwest Commercial Title Grandview for hosting our Mastermind and Broker Deal XChange Meetings. As always Frank manages to have delicious treats for Mastermind attendees so make sure you register so we have enough for you.

For this Month’s Mastermind, do you get inquiries from potential business buyers that say they are:

  • Traditional Funded PEG
  • Fundless Sponsor
  • Family Office (A growing buyer sector)
  • Mezzanine Group

What’s the difference in all the above? What are pros and cons of these type of business buyers? Remember what we do is not real estate and this pushes the envelope beyond what you may know of or have experience in with regards to these type of business buyers so make sure you come to learn and join in the exchange of perspectives.

We will have new OBBA members to meet that have committed to attend. Meet and learn from them as well. In addition, let’s talk about your deals and discuss best practice. Where are you stuck on? What resources do you need to have a great 2022? Register today as seats are limited.
