Mark is an attorney that represents domestic and international clients in the legal aspects of M&A, reorganizations, finance and commercial real estate transactions.
More specifically, I successfully negotiate, draft and close transactions (over 1000 completed), including commercial real estate, IT-related projects, business entity organizations, reorganizations, buyout, acquisitions, mergers, split ups, stock sales and dissolutions.
