In this webinar. Glen offered us:

1) One Way (Not Necessarily THE Way) of presenting the real estate in an Offering Summary (a.k.a. CIM or CBR);
2) A detailed discussion of helping our seller price the real estate, and suggest
3) Five critical tips for making sure we handle all of this without the need to become experts at commercial real estate!

This Part 6 is consistent with Glen’s initial outline of this webinar series, but is a change from what his most recent outline was previously. Glen explained why he chose to return to the original plan.

Most of us are NOT experts in commercial real estate. But, we often get a chance to help a seller who wants to sell their real estate with their business. Glen will explain how we can be “quick studies” in learning what we need to know.

Offering the real estate that the business occupies under the same listing agreement and with one unified marketing effort is a bit of a challenge. Glen, who is a former commercial real estate broker (and former CCIM!) will help us avoid some really big mistakes that business brokers can make when they combine business brokerage with commercial real estate.
