Jason maxed out the SBA loan and scraped together every last dollar to buy it, whose enterprise value was in the high 7 figures. He also worked with a buy-side advisor that charged hundreds of thousands of dollars to find the business and manage the transaction. (“Worth every penny,” said Jason.)
