For our speaker series, we are bringing back a speaker that helped us during COVID in 2020, Ms. Rhonda Peterson. Rhonda via Zoom delivered a concept on Return On Energy. It’s fascinating to consider Managing Energy vs Managing Time: How Your Definition of Work Impacts the ROI of your ROE (Return On Energy). She did this on Zoom and this extension to her talk will be live during luncheon.
We’ve all heard the productivity gurus tell us that if we just manage our time more effectively we can do it all. But what if we’re managing the things in the wrong order? Rhonda says managing your time comes after managing your energy. And knowing your definition of work is foundational to managing your energy. Join us to see how she flips the pyramid so you can be more effective in 2023!
We will be in the midst of an interesting year with many talks about the economy, social concerns, politics, etc. You name it and many negative aspects will dominate the news in 2023. Be prepared on both the business and personal front.

Flo Jacobsen from the BBF, who will share with us some new MLS features; and,
Debbie Wemyss, an expert LinkedIn Coach, who was named as one of the Top 50 international LinkedIn Experts of 2022-2023. She and her team have coached thousands of individual professionals through 1:1 sessions, workshops, conferences, and webinars.
