Join us for our 2023 Spring Conference! We are welcoming Tawnya Gilreath from LA Business Pros as our class instructor. Our morning session will be Protecting Your Client’s Interests: Why Seller Representations and Warranties Matter in Purchase Agreements. The afternoon session will be Protecting Yourself and Your Clients: The Critical Role of Preliminary Due Diligence in Business Brokerage. Each course is worth 3 GREC and GABB credits! A light breakfast and a box lunch will be provided. The spring conference is $115 for GABB members, and $195 for non-members.
