CABB 202 – Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) Tool Update Course

This course is available for CABB members and non-members who have taken CABB 201 in the past.

The Education Committee has created a brand new valuation tool that is a significant upgrade from the former tool.

This new tool/course is for all attendees of CABB 201, Advanced Recasting & Valuation, prior to November 2020. Easier to learn and understand, easier to use.

Attendance is required to receive the BOV tool. The BOV tool will be emailed out to all attendees once attendance is confirmed

Course materials will be emailed out the day prior to the scheduled course date.

Tammy will share the ‘state of the SBA lending program’ including the new rule changes for fractional ownership, rising interest rates, and other tips and tricks for having your loan submissions approved.

Tammy has over 15 years in the financial industry and more than 25 years in management. She has experience in banking, underwriting, lending and closing business loans, mortgages, consumer loans and commercial loans. She has won numerous awards for Small business/Commercial lending, SBA, New Business Development, Customer Service, Growth and Overall Outstanding Performance.

Lunch will be provided.

This event is FREE and open to ALL BBF Members and BFF Affiliates across the state.
