It’s that time of the month where we get together for a “brain thrust”, put our thinking caps on and discuss challenges, success and the ongoing puzzles of our complicated industry.
Our previous Mastermind Meeting was very lively with regard to discussions of challenges of current deals in place. Join us to hear best practice discussions, challenges of getting a deal to the closing table and latest Market Pulse Report trends.
Once again, thank you to Frank Fullin and Northwest Commercial Title for hosting our Mastermind Meetings and Broker Deal XChange Meetings.
Please feel free to bring your CIMs, sales circulars of any listing highlights you would like to intimately discuss at the meeting.

Northern Ohio Business Brokers Association
First Meeting of 2024
January 31, 11:45 AM – 1:15 PM
Melt Bar and Grilled, 6700 Rockside Rd, Independence, OH 44131
Join us for NOBBA’s first meeting of 2024 at Melt Bar & Grilled in Independence. Lunch will be paid for by NOBBA!
We will begin with some time for networking and the opportunity to catch up with each other after the holidays. I will then be hosting a Town Hall Style meeting where I will have some questions to ask all of you. We would like some feedback about our meetings and the association’s direction. How have you liked our guest presenters? Did someone stand out as particularly wonderful? Did someone fall flat? What types of educational speakers would you like to see? Do you know anyone we should feature? I would like to respectfully (as we meet in their house) ask how we feel about Melt Bar & Grilled? Do we need to consider another location? What about a location for a summer meeting outside? How can we find some new members? Who else works with small business owners that we don’t have represented at NOBBA? Business coaches? More attorneys? More CPA’s? Maybe someone that specializes in lending beyond SBA like receivables factoring? Let’s discuss how we can get the most out of this association! No need for registration, just come on by.
