Campaign for Clarity Upddate; Keynote: Strategies for determining Business Market Valuation

Speakers:

Shane Hansen with the “Campaign for Clarity” will join us again and begin the meeting with a brief update on this important initiative and where things are headed from a legislative perspective.

Neal Patel, principal and founder at Reliant Business Valuation in Cranbury, NJ will be our keynote speaker. Reliant Business Valuation has earned an excellent reputation providing SBA lenders the highest quality business appraisals while providing superior service. Neal is currently the Chair of the Board of Governors at the Institute of Business Appraisers and has earned CBA and CVA designations. A Rutgers University graduate with B.S in Computer Science, Neal has more than 10 years’ experience buying, selling and funding SBA financed businesses.

Neal will provide insight to the various types of valuation metrics used in his process as well as provide some pointers to Michigan Business Brokers Association members to help us improve service to our clients.
