What are your May highlights? Spring is here! Join your fellow OBBA, NOBBA and Affiliate Members, Sponsors and Industry Collaborators for our public monthly association luncheon meeting May 10, 2023.
You will not want to miss our monthly meeting in May. Our Speaker will make this session highly informative and entertaining.
For our Speaker Series we have our “Environmentalist Drummer and Resident Chief Geologist” founder and President of Phoenix Environmental deliver important key insights on the Environmental Inspection with regard to business sale. A business sale has so many “dynamic” parts to it that most advisors and business brokers will tend to neglect this important portion of the overall business sale process.
Our meeting will include a fun trivia along with learning and providing knowledge to access grants with the help of Brownfield Grants.
Some items Jeff will address that you need to hear about:
- What’s the Difference Between Phase One and Phase Two Inspections?
- Do you know what percentage of Phase One turn into Phase Two?
- What do you need to hear when engaging a business seller about their property? What questions will be helpful to mitigate surprises and result in a business sale not making it to the closing table?
- Are there grants that maybe accessed thereby enhancing the overall transaction?
