In this 7th-in-the-series webinar, he explains why using the 5 tools to predict the future will make us masters of business brokerage.
There are three seller questions, the answers to which we must master before we are an accomplished business broker:
1) What’s my business worth?
2) How long is this selling process going to take?
3) Why should I hire you?
To answer those questions like a “pro,” and to fulfill the promises we make, we need to master 7-10 areas of business brokerage knowledge, skills and talents.
Then, to predict our future success, we need to use the 5 tools that Glen has offered in this “Future of Business Brokerage” series.
Eight billion people on earth have made a mess of things. “Bad times,” including the environmental destruction of our air, water and land, not to mention worldwide conflict and hatred, seem to be upon us. Clearly, each of us needs to do whatever we can to improve this situation, with whatever resources we have, and in whatever places we find ourselves. But, what can we do as business brokers? Glen’s answer is that we can do a lot! In fact, by making it predictable, we can escape the stress and tension that makes everything harder. Knowing that we will succeed makes life a lot better.
Business brokerage is a helping profession for a critical group in our society: small business owners. To be really good at helping them, we need to master our craft. Glen is going to define the key areas of our craft that he thinks we need to master, and describe how – using our five future-predicting tools – we can predictably become master business brokers.

Then, Glen explained how each of the five tools are used to ensure that mastery, no matter what else happens.
